There are 7 Q-Ray bracelet models that are actively sold. 3 Standard
Q-Ray models and 4 deluxe Q-Ray models.
The standard Q-Ray bracelets:
These bracelets have a solid band. It is a very sturdy bracelet
and well made, but can be difficult for weaker hands to place it
on the wrist.
To wear you open up the bracelet, place it on the wrist and then
close the bracelet back so the terminal ends (the balls) are 0.5
inches to 1.5 inches apart. The difficulty can come with opening
and closing the bracelet. Because it is so well made it takes some
hand strength to manipulate the bracelet. Some people have had friends
help them put the bracelet on.
Overall, these are excellent examples of the Q-Ray bracelet. They
work very well. In fact, many people believe that the Standard Series
Q-Ray works better than the deluxe models.
The Standard models are the Natural
(Titan), Standard Silver, Standard
Gold.
The Deluxe Models:
The deluxe Q-Ray bracelets have a sort of flexible cable type band.
This band allows the deluxe Q-Ray to be easily slipped on and off
the wrist. This is the major advantage of the deluxe model.
Many people like the look of the deluxe models better (myself included).
The Combo deluxe does not always seems to perform as well as the
others. I don't know if Q-Ray had a bad batch or what, but many
dealers experience the same thing: returns from Combo deluxe bracelets
make up a disproportionate percentage of returns.
The Gold Deluxe is a favorite with many people. It performs as
well or better than the standard series and looks great. Of course,
it is not a cheap bracelet. I would not buy the Gold Deluxe as my
first Q-Ray. I would purchase either the Natural standard or the
Silver standard and see how well I liked it. If it made a difference,
I would then "go for the gold".
The deluxe models are the Silver Deluxe,
Combo Deluxe, Gold
Deluxe and the Priemere.
